So, I have joked for years about having Raynaud's Phenomenon. It is the result of 'vasospasms' which reduces the blood flow to certain areas of the body-usually extremities. Women have it slightly more than men. Pretty much it just means that your fingers and toes get really, really really cold. Many of you know when I clutch my hands on your arm and scare you with the ice cold grasp what kinda cold I am talking about. I am in the library trying to type a thesis and all I can think about is how to warm up! My fingers get so cold I can't type. Not the best combo. So, I googled it. And, sure enough...triggers for this "phenomenon" are:
a) Stress
b.) Cold
c.) Caffeine
Right. Looks like I will just be suffering this phenomenon until the 17th.

I have this too! I don't know if this applies to you but it's a very common problem among women of Irish decent. Just about every woman in our family has a habit of sitting around on her hands. I didn't realize that stress and caffeine were also triggers though.
