These two articles are linked to the hospital which services all of Karamoja. I am sending a man there tomorrow (I am paying the bill, again) who we work with who is showing signs of what I swear looks like elephantitis (sp)! But, came back from field today and these articles were being sent around. Horrible, just horrible. Some orgs have been dealing with the same problems.
