Well, I am struggling with a sprained calf muscle right now. I went to the trainers today to see how I am doing in recovery, and I got cleared to do 15 minutes of biking on Wed. and Friday. However, after my "positive" news today I was told to hop in the ice bath with the cross country boys for 10 minutes. O M G. And, it wasn't because of the boys. Freeeeezing!!!! So, I am trying to thaw the legs after a cold walk (understatement) back to school. Don't ever try it unless someone forces you...or pays you a ton of money.
