I see. . . the top gift of 2010 was a big ol' diamond ring. Caution, blinding light being ricocheted from the bling in the library windows.
but otherwise, it has been great being back at fletcher...the energy of everyone converging for our last semester has been palpable. Of course, the stress is overwhelming, but I am savoring keeping my last 10 minutes at night of disengaging with my new kindle & fun reading. Dug the car out yesterday and it wasn't bad at all!! This weekend is the annual Fletcher ski trip. I am excited to be chilling in a cabin in Maine. But, of course, I am a non-skier, so last year I did cross-country skiing but this year I am chilling with my thesis. Supposed to snow tomorrow, so our caravan of cars is leaving a bit earlier so we don't get stuck!
I am tempted to "treat" myself to a trip to Tahiti. I want to do something to celebrate graduating a Masters program, but I think I will have to take the high road and treat myself when I get a job:)
