While doing the second goat distribution, the women of the village arranged many surprises. After the distribution they started their singing which has a distinct shriek of "ayayayayay" and then they delivered gifts. I received a chicken, 9 eggs (raw-tricky to transport in a purse home on the bike!), a pumpkin, 3 brooms, and sugar cane. Then we watched a "teaser" drama for the upcoming show the drama group will be performing this weekend.
