Happy 2014!

In the theme of all things fresh and new- I decided to spend a few minutes re-acquainting myself with blogger and backgrounds. I have a very dated blog, and for that I apologize! This new background is a bit dark, but kinda fun with the chalkboard vibe.

I decided to kick off 2014 by staying around in Maui longer than my brother Joe's wedding. I am crashing at brother Nick and his wife Nicki's place. It's a really wonderful spot. Still working through end of February with lots of goals (big and small) on my agenda, so working from their house in paradise is perfect! Today I got some work done and did lunchtime yoga with Nicki. My booty is feeling it, but it's really good.

Tomorrow I kick off a 3 day juice cleanse courtesy of Dr. Oz. I have heard much about these and have wanted to try one for awhile now. This will be an interesting experiment! I know that I was seriously not eating the right stuff in Moroto and look forward to getting a healthier, richer diet in the New Year. I know that by hitting re-set with the cleanse, my body and GI track will be in a much better place to respond (fingers crossed!) Follow along if you like! Cheers!
