Half-Way There

Then it was "Au-revoir" to Molly in the 'Lou and onward to OHIO. After a particularly boring drive, in which the only interesting thing was this gigantic cross that scared the heck out of me and my NPR zen when I came over a hill
I spent the night at the Benedict's house, the family I babysat for my senior year at UD. The boys had a slumber party and Davis and Pete had a party to get to (limo and all) so my main UD squeeze Kevin and I enjoyed a dinner and great convo at Thai Nine, my fave thai restaurant in Dayton. Kevin and I got the cutest table overlooking the first floor and the sushi bar. It was beautiful! As luck would have it I ran into a swim friend Ted, so that was fun as well. Unfortunately I didn't bring the camera.
Next morning, Davis and Pete asked if I was going skiing with the family. WHAT?! Turns out they have been spending time on their boat on a "lake" off the highway. So fun. Here are those photos:
