As part of the efforts to recover in the typhoon struck area of Philippines, CRS (Catholic Relief Services) has a livelihoods team works to have registered members (in the thousands!) attend Agricultural Input Fairs wherein the local vendors are pre-approved by CRS for quality merch and availability of goods and the members are given a pack of vouchers in lieu of cash in which they can spend it at the fair. Often these are held for anywhere from 200 to 400 people. Here's what it looks like!
