Taco Night Saturday!

Yesterday was feeling a bit bored, and had to work all day, so figured-- when in doubt- invite the crowd over, add some good food (and beverages for those not on 10 days of Cipro) and voila, bye bye rainy season blues!!

Use the table for once for a big dinner. Everyone was loving the Target plastic dishware and Pier One plastic wine glasses

Sauteed green peppers and onions, a soy mix from Kampala with taco seasoning, guacamole, Mexican rice, home made tortillas (rolled with wine bottles!)

Everyone is on board for making this a Thursday night event . . . Sue and Cormac and I would try to have Taco Thursdays, but now wit Sue gone, we are going to move it to my place and expand it :)
