St. Patrick's Day in Moroto!! Last Saturday was a great celebration hosted by our Irish couple Sue and Cormac. The shin-dig started at 5:30 with a rugby match - Ireland v. Italy, and was followed shortly thereafter with an Irish feast of stew and soda bread. Then, as the sunset, bellies were full, and beverages had taken effect- the Irish tradition of 'sing-song' began. Two guitars accompanied by the boisterous crowd sang an eclectic variety of tunes late into the night.
