The deal was, if I got a job and was more permanent in Phoenix I could begin working on the yard. Korey rightfully is hesitant about me starting these big projects and then ditching him to finish my vision :) So, step one was to shovel all of the rock (and cat poop :( ) out of the back/side/and front yard. We are about 70% done? Next, we had to paint the cinder block wall creme and my new fave periwinkle. Korey was out for a week with the world's worst sinus infection, so I am proud to say I did a lot of the painting. Gotta say, it was a great stress release after work! Next Korey and I will get new rocks (see upcoming post) and I will continue with a couple art projects for the yard. More to come soon! Can't wait to get home from work and try out our new porch chair that looks at the purple wall :)  |
